FACILITIES FOR CLIENTS
Every customer shall receive the necessary health services regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or socio-economic status.
Priority shall be given to all emergency cases.
STANDARDS OF SERVICE
Every customer shall be treated with courtesy, consideration, respect, courtesy, honesty and sincerity.
Every customer shall be given the best possible health services professionally.
Every customer shall be provided with clean facilities and environment.
• Each client may seek clarification and advice on the services provided.
• Each client shall receive a report on services provided once all regulations are adhered to during the application.
• Every client shall be informed on the important aspects of health care and disease prevention.
DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER
To enable the Labuan Federal Territory Health Department to implement the Charter effectively, the clients are obliged to:
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Adopt a healthly lifestyle that will be beneficial for themselves and the society
• Use all the facilities provided in a responsible manner.
